Terms of Use

Last updated: July 15, 2026 · Rocket Assessor (rocketassessor.com)

By accessing or using Rocket Assessor, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

⚠ Assessment disclaimer — please read.

Rocket Assessor provides an independent, indicative weather "go / no-go" assessment derived from public forecast data. It is NOT official launch commit criteria, is not affiliated with any launch provider, range, or government agency, and must not be used for operational, safety-of-flight, aviation, maritime, or launch-decision purposes. Real launch decisions are vehicle- and range-specific and made solely by the responsible operators. We make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Use the information for interest and planning only, at your own risk.

1. The service

Rocket Assessor aggregates upcoming launches (via The Space Devs / Launch Library 2) and per-pad weather (via Open-Meteo) and computes an indicative assessment. Free ("Observer") features are provided at no cost; paid tiers ("Mission Control", "Developer") unlock additional features described on our pricing page.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old.

3. Subscriptions & billing

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no scraping beyond the provided API terms, no reselling data without a Developer plan, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, and no unlawful use. API access (Developer tier) is subject to fair-use rate limits.

5. Intellectual property

The Rocket Assessor name, brand, interface, and assessment methodology are ours. Underlying launch and weather data belong to their respective providers and are used under their terms.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Assessor and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on the assessment. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
